Jerry Swain is a tall balding man with a commanding presence. His near black eyes can, at one moment, appear inviting, and the next turn sinister and dark. Jerry came into Milwaukee on a boat as a young man. Though previously working aboard a travelling merchant ship, Jerry decided to claim permanent residence on land. He can now be found peddling goods, mostly articles of armor and clothing, in the Santiago Calatrava Bazaar. He is a commanding man, and has enough connections to make those who cross him pay, especially if wealth is on the line.
